This is my personal review without spoilers of the actual plot.

The book is currently only available in Danish.

I wasn’t a fond of the subject at hand; I felt that the author was forcing me to share the opinion of our main character, Xenia. Her thoughts and actions are noble and she’s a good character, but the amount of politics involved are stifling.

I like Engell, she’s a very skilled and talented author, but the book wasn’t that exciting throughout, I didn’t like the ending either. It was boring and predictable. The more I read the more disappointed I was.

At times, I felt that the author tried to incorporate some suspense, but that turned out boring too.

I’m not sure who’ll like this book. People with interest in politics perhaps, otherwise I think the book will bore you to death.
