This is my personal review without spoilers of the actual plot.

Whip-smart, hardworking, and on her way to an MBA, Chloe Mills has only one problem: her boss, Bennett Ryan. He’s exacting, blunt, inconsiderate—and completely irresistible. A Beautiful Bastard.

Bennett has returned to Chicago from France to take a vital role in his family’s massive media business. He never expected that the assistant who’d been helping him from abroad was the gorgeous, innocently provocative—completely infuriating—creature he now has to see every day. Despite the rumors, he’s never been one for a workplace hookup. But Chloe’s so tempting he’s willing to bend the rules—or outright smash them—if it means he can have her. All over the office.

As their appetites for one another increase to a breaking point, Bennett and Chloe must decide exactly what they’re willing to lose in order to win each other.

It doesn’t even deserve one star! But I don’t give out ratings below 1

Hate it! Absolutely hate it!

I’ve read that people compare this to Twilight but I don’t see the resemblance at all. Twilight, in my opinion is a masterpiece; this garbage right here is not!

I had a hard time remembering the characters afterwards, whom they were and what they stood for. You could have given these characters any name and it wouldn’t have made a difference. They lacked personality and depth. The side characters were forgettable; apparently, the next in the series is about the best friend, Sara.

The romance department felt flat to me, since it seemed forced, the erotic scenes felt manufactured, overall a flop. The sex scenes were dry and repetitive. I felt like I read the same thing repeatedly. What I found the most disturbing was the panty ripping! It wasn’t even sexy just weird and off-putting. It got old that he kept blaming her for turning him on and the fact that, she couldn’t just accept the fact that he had a sexual impact on her. It left me with the feeling that they weren’t mature in any way and it definitely wasn’t sexy! It was just stupid.

I had better stop here I think. I’ve got nothing positive to say about this book! The book made me feel molested and ashamed to be a woman. This is by far the worst piece of shit I’ve actually finished reading. I wish I could have my time back from reading this. It really didn’t engage me, it wasn’t sexy, and I couldn’t even be bothered with caring for its troublesome, paper-thin, stereotypical, lackluster characters. There’s better offerings out there in the erotic and romance genres. This isn’t one of Them.

If you’re not sure about it, I’ll definitely not be reading the next book!
