This is my personal review without spoilers of the actual plot.

This book is currently only available in Danish!

I didn’t like this book at all. I don’t think I can mention one thing that I like other than the fact that it’s short.

Ally our main character is probably the least believable character I’ve ever followed. Her given age doesn’t match her behavior. She’s extremely childish and very annoying. I had many issues with the book. For instance, in the beginning once she arrives at her new school and she falls asleep outside, it was odd! That was the first time I thought about quitting.

The language was dreadful. Just as childish as out main character. I get that some authors don’t like to swear but leaving out dirty words isn’t exactly helpful when writing a YA novel. The dialogs between the characters are so bland and emotionless.

The worst thing about the book though, is Jay and his behavior. My god, I could strangle him, he was that annoying. At a certain point in the book, he acts so selfish I nearly threw the book across the room. That was the second time I was about to quit.

Plot was it was super predictable and very one track minded. I wasn’t excited at any point in the book, which was unfortunate.

As I read the book, felt rushed and not thought off. The author could have done many things differently, and ended up with a good book rather that this… shit.

So thAll Postse book has two more in the series but I can’t be arced. The author just isn’t my cup of tea!
