This is my personal review without spoilers of the actual plot.
The past few years have held more surprises than part-angel Clara Gardner could ever have anticipated. Yet from the dizzying highs of first love, to the agonizing low of losing someone close to her, the one thing she can no longer deny is that she was never meant to live a normal life.
Since discovering the special role she plays among the other angel-bloods, Clara has been determined to protect Tucker Avery from the evil that follows her . . . even if it means breaking both their hearts. Leaving town seems like the best option, so she’s headed back to California – and so is Christian Prescott, the irresistible boy from the vision that started her on this journey in the first place.
As Clara makes her way in a world that is frighteningly new, she discovers that the fallen angel who attacked her is watching her every move. And he’s not the only one. . . . With the battle against the Black Wings looming, Clara knows she must finally fulfill her destiny. But it won’t come without sacrifices and betrayal.
This book was insane! Never ever did I read such a fantastic ending to a great and thrilling trilogy! It will take everything possible to avoid spoiling it, because something freaking awesome happens and there’s no chance in hell of putting the book down once you start reading. I had a feeling that the second book was a build-up and boy was I right. This is an epic ending and one I won’t forget any time soon.
The Good and Bad theme is in high gear, an epic struggle occur that will define cross genres for good.
So much stuff happens it’s a compact candy machine waiting to unleash one goodie after another.
If you somehow started reading my review of the series with this one, then shame on you, go read the first two books and come back! Even if the two first had been bad, which they aren’t, they would still be wort reading, only to gain this major reading experience.
I was up an entire night to finish this book, I was so caught up that I barely took notice of the time. I love the love in this. I loved the cross dimension part, my god was that awesome or what. I have absolutely nothing negative to say, what so ever.
Now if you aren’t dumb, which I’m sure you’re not, because you’re here reading my reviews, you’ll realize the Danish title road to hell, and it’s one mighty fine road! It was such an epic description, I’m certain it was the best I’ve ever read!
