This is my personal review without spoilers of the actual plot.

Kylie Galen’s life hasn’t been the same since her world was turned upside-down in Born at Midnight, Shadow Falls #1, and now an epic conclusion to her journey—not to mention a tough choice between two guys!—is brewing in Chosen at Nightfall:

When Kylie Galen left Shadow Falls, she thought it was the hardest decision of her life. Heartbroken and separated from everyone she loves, she has to embrace her abilities and what it means to be a chameleon. But as Kylie’s journey comes to a close, she must return to the camp that started it all… and she must finally chose between the two boys who love her. The werewolf who broke her heart when he chose his pack over her, and the half-fae who ran from their intense attraction before they ever really had a chance. For Kylie, everything will finally be revealed and nothing will ever be the same.

Wow, this book surprised me. By far the best of them all. It was as if two different stories entwined both equally interesting.

Kylie has always had a special place in my heart, I’ve been a fan of hers since the first scene in the book and she’s just amazing in this. So mature, different and worried about others. Not that she wasn’t before, but it’s more prominent now.

This might be because I’m older, but sometimes her heart is too big and too forgiving, I wouldn’t have acted the way she did in the situations. However, I’m sure she appeals to the younger audience the way she acts. Putting my own personal feelings aside, the book truly had an ending worthy of such a great story. It will be difficult to say goodbye to some of the characters. Her two best friends Della and Miranda were some of the best Supporting characters I’ve ever seen in any book I’ve read so far. In addition, it was awesome to see them evolve as well. They grew alongside Kylie in the books and for the better.

The writing stayed the same thought out the series and it captured me as a reader. It was awesome to feel like an observer and feel the chills coming through on the pages.

Definitely a series worth reading!
